Private Training
Dog Walking
Your dog can enjoy a private on-leash neighborhood walk customized to their routine, pace and needs. Private dog walking is an ideal way for certain groups of dogs to enjoy exercise and fresh air, including:
- Senior or slower dogs who enjoy exploring at their own pace with plenty of time for sniffing.
- Puppies! We can also use positive-reinforcement techniques to help with crate training and housebreaking.
- Dogs who prefer to hang out with other humans and appreciate one-on-one attention from the walker.
- Dogs who have certain health challenges or may be recovering from surgery.
- Shy or nervous dogs who aren’t quite ready for a group walk. With well-timed positive reinforcement, we can help them work towards this goal.
- Dogs who prefer their personal space and don’t like traveling in the car with other dogs next to them.
- Reactive dogs who need a knowledgeable walker who can keep an eye on their surroundings to avoid triggers like people, dogs, or startling sounds.
Our private dog walking sessions are designed for one dog at a time, or two dogs from the same family. In addition to a walk, we can also use some of the time for play, fetch, fun, or a snuggle or two.
